Whether it's a trip to an appointment or ensuring your furry friend gets where they need to go safely, the service prioritizes comfort, reliability, and efficiency. Tailored to accommodate specific needs, it’s a hassle-free way to manage transportation for you and your pets
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled reservation via email (hellootgcllc@gmail.com) or texting/calling our office (917-528-2138) will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made 24 before a reservation will be subject to a charge of half the amount of the service rate. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before reservations will be subject to a charge of the full amount of the service rate. Changes made after a reservation is confirmed are subject to price changes. This includes reservations where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the renter is unavailable. If On The Go Charters cancels an reservation at any given time, a full refund will be given to the client. *Changes Include*: Pick up & Drop off location changing, date & time changes.
