Service Description
Pet Sitting Includes ($60 a day + taxes ): - Your pet will be hosted in your own home - Water & food will be provided. If your pet has any allergies or a preferred diet, please feel free to let us know. For situations like these, we usually recommend the owner provide any special food or medication needed. - Walks will be given to your pet 3 times a day, depending on weather conditions. - We will provide updates throughout the day on how your pet is doing. - We also offer AirTags along with our services to give maximum security while your pet is with us. (Additional charge as long as your pet is with us) Pet Hosting Includes ($75 a day + taxes ): - Your pet will be hosted in our home - Your pet will be provided their own overnight kennel with cozy blankets in a safe environment - Water & food will be provided. If your pet has any allergies or a preferred diet, please feel free to let us know. For situations like these, we usually recommend the owner provide any special food or medication needed. - Walks will be given to your pet 3 times a day, depending on weather conditions. - We will provide updates throughout the day on how your pet is doing. - We also offer AirTags along with our services to give maximum security while your pet is with us. (Additional charge as long as your pet is with us) Some Tips: - We usually recommended pet sitting if you would like for your pet to stay in a familiar environment - Add a spa day to your pet's sitting/hosting package or just a separate spa day for $150. This includes a bath, a nail & hair trim, and ears cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled reservation via email (hellootgcllc@gmail.com) or texting/calling our office (917-528-2138) will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made 24 before a reservation will be subject to a charge of half the amount of the service rate. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before reservations will be subject to a charge of the full amount of the service rate. Changes made after a reservation is confirmed are subject to price changes. This includes reservations where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the renter is unavailable. If On The Go Charters cancels an reservation at any given time, a full refund will be given to the client. *Changes Include*: Pick up & Drop off location changing, date & time changes.
