On The Go Charters LLC offers daily pet walks to keep your furry friends active, happy, and healthy. These outings provide exercise, fresh air, and mental stimulation in a safe and fun environment. Designed for your pet's comfort and enjoyment, this service ensures they receive the care and attention they deserve
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled reservation via email (hellootgcllc@gmail.com) or texting/calling our office (917-528-2138) will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made 24 before a reservation will be subject to a charge of half the amount of the service rate. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before reservations will be subject to a charge of the full amount of the service rate. Changes made after a reservation is confirmed are subject to price changes. This includes reservations where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the renter is unavailable. If On The Go Charters cancels an reservation at any given time, a full refund will be given to the client. *Changes Include*: Pick up & Drop off location changing, date & time changes.
